ELAN is stocked and shipped from our own warehouse in China. Our other products are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are counted in business days from the day your order ships:

France — 3–5 business days
Australia — 4–7 business days
Canada — 5–7 business days
United States — 5–8 business days
Germany — 5–8 business days
Italy — 5–8 business days
All other European countries — 5–8 business days

For destinations outside Europe that are not listed above, please contact us before ordering for an estimated delivery time.

Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping worldwide on all orders. No shipping fee is charged at checkout. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are separate from shipping charges.
